Shipping

  • Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery Timeframes
    Standard shipping across Australia generally takes 2–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

    • Metro areas: usually 2–4 business days

    • Regional areas: 5–9 business days

  • Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm payment. Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be applied automatically at checkout.

  • Order Tracking
    Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.


Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the conditions below.

  • Change of Mind
    We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In original condition with all tags attached

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items
    Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected.   • Exclusions
    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or final sale items unless they are faulty.


How to Return
